Ideas for a self care birthday (i will be alone cause everyone decided 20 yo is not an important bday)
self care birthday — how to make your birthday special even if you’re alone 🎂
every birthday is important no matter how old you’re making 🤍
wake up with good vibes and positive energy
- do some self care — facials, face masks, do your hair, do your nails or go get them done
- pick out a really cute outfit to wear, something you feel beautiful in!
- start your day with your favorite breakfast (made by you or go to a cafe)
- then do something you love .. examples : go to the book store, go to a museum, go see a movie, go to the aquarium etc
- treat yourself to a gift, doesn’t have to be expensive, just something that makes you happy
- then later that day take yourself to dinner at your favorite restaurant.
- at night do some more self care — relaxing bubble bath with oils and rose petals, you could bring a book in there to read while you relax.
- then grab a snack , put on your most comfy pjs and watch a show you love or listen to music until you get sleepy
being alone for your birthday doesn’t have to be a bad thing. you can always make the most out of situations. doing something you love and making a day out of it can really make your birthday special.
i hope i wasn’t too late answering this and if i was you can still do these things one day. you should make every day special.
i hope you have/had a wonderful birthday and i’m sending you love, hugs and best wishes .. please accept ‹𝟹
